Arrive for coffee and home-made biscuits at 11am, followed by a 60 minute interactive cookery demonstration in the Buxted Park kitchens, where Head Chef, Neil Davison and his team will share recipes, demonstrate tricks of the trade and assist you with your dinner party dilemmas.
Following your exertions, you will be treated to a delightful two course lunch including a glass of wine and the Chef will be on hand to answer any questions. Each guest will receive recipe sheets for all the dishes cooked.
