Learn how to make Jam with the Hampshire Jam and Chutney Company at Audleys Wood Hotel, Hampshire

Have you ever wanted to have a go at making your own preserves but never known quite where or how to start, do you want to improve the skills you already have, or are you itching to enter your local village show with your prize-winning preserves?

Our sessions in partnership with Hampshire Jam and Chutney Company are small (maximum of 4 people) informal classes which will help you and like-minded people learn how to make lovely jam, marmalade, chutney or jelly. All the sessions are held in well equipped kitchens of the Hampshire Jam and Chutney Company, based nearby in Winchester.

If you're thinking of visiting the area, but looking for something different to do in Hampshire, why not give it a try! You're sure to receive a warm welcome and some of your own creations to take home with you, with the added bonus that some of their lovely preserves are served on our breakfast and afternoon tea menu!

Classes are normally held either on a Saturday or mid-week throughout July to coincide with the Hampshire Food Festival and will continue during the rest of the year, easily fitting in with a busy lifestyle.

Prices

Overnight Accommodation including a Full English Breakfast and a Chutney Course for 2 People (6 hours to include lunch) will cost from £275.

Overnight Accommodation including a Full English Breakfast and a Jam/Jelly Course for 2 People (3 hours) will cost from £175.

Alternatively why not have a weekend to please both...

Overnight Accommodation including Full English Breakfast, a Chutney Course for 1 person (6 hours to include lunch) and 1 Day Fishing (Including a luxury packed lunch) will cost from £315.
