I invite you to the Priest House Hotel, where you can experience my take on modern British cuisine. Here at the Priest House, my aim is to serve memorable food, whether you choose to dine in the brasserie or experience the fine dining restaurant.

 

Whenever I write menus, it always involves the input of the whole of my brigade, as I know that this achieves a wonderful sense of satisfaction for my team, which shows in each and every dish.

My brief is always the same, that our menus have a foundation of the best local ingredients in season.

Signature dish:

Pan fried fillet of line caught sea bass, roasted garlic risotto, red wine salsify and parsley.
