Pre-event

• Initial enquiries will be responded to, detailling rate & availability, within 2 hours
• Written confirmation of quote will be received within 4 hours
• Out of hours enquiries will be responded to before 11am the next working day
• Cost proposal will be clear, with no hidden extras
• Courtesy call will be made prior to the event, to review final details & confirm name of contact on the day
• Event rooms will be named in advance

During the event

• An events specialist will meet the organiser to check the detail each day, provide support during the vent & debrief at the end of each day
• Event room will be set up as requested and ready at least 1 hour before the agreed start time
• All audio-visual equipement will be checked & in working order
• Wi-fi is complimentary in public areas & meeting rooms
• HSIA is available in guest bedrooms
• Electronic support pack - comprising of wireless printer, laser pointer, digital clock, laptop speakers and presentation remote control
• Priority drop-off point for organiser
• Recycling waste bins

For the organiser

• "Mini" version of the Stationery Box
• Upgraded bedroom (subject to availability)
• Personalised letter detailing information on business services available
• Welcome gift
• Bedroom allocated close to reception or meeting room

Post event

• Invoice will be available for sign off at the end of each day by the authorised person, if required
• Satisfaction courtesy call will be made the day following the event
• The invoice for the event will be sent no later than 3 working days after the event, clearly detailing the breakdown of charges
