To help you tailor your event we offer both day and residential meeting packages that you can build on to make your perfect package. Our meeting package prices are available with a minimum of 8 attendees. For lower numbers we are happy to provide a unique tailored quotation.

Package options for business meetings and events

** Special Offer for new meetings, training or conferences that take place by end of February 2012, please quote 'Christmas Credit' on enquiry:

For every £1000 contracted on the above event you will receive a £100 credit towards a Christmas event booked at Buxted Park Hotel. If you have already arranged your Christmas party or meal for 2011, then we will hold this for your 2012 Christmas event.

Executive Package - Day Delegate and Residential

The Executive package includes all elements of the Classic package plus three of the following options:

A selection of soft drinks and chocolate bars in the meeting room throughout the day
Pre dinner drinks reception of bubbly
Cinema night - Dinner off our Gastro Pub menu followed by a film in our unique in house projection theatre accompanied by ice cream and popcorn
